Gameplan trainers (Gameplanners) are required to demonstrate three things in order to become a Gameplanner:

a) to have sound, direct industry knowledge

b) regional experience including direct line management

c) to match the Gameplan values in how we engage, energize and empower participants through Gameplan programs.

In addition, Gameplan has developed its own accreditation process. Gameplanners must successfully complete the accreditation standards before being endorsed as a Gameplanner.

For this reason, we turn away more Gameplanner candidates than those we select.
